ABSTRACT
A review of five cases has been made scrutinizing each case carefully relative to the efficiency and practically of the autoplastic cutis vascular graft as a prothesis. All of the cases, except for two, have remained patent and are functioning. The longest functioning graft is over 36 months old. Of the two grafts that occluded, one was due to trauma, and the other due to host vessel thrombosis.
