ABSTRACT
Two eases of acute, severe iliofemoral phlebitis have been presented with remarkable improvement from fibrinolysin treatment in one case and a qualified success in the second. Fibrinolysin is considered to be a most promising drug in the treatment of venous thrombotic disease.
