ABSTRACT
This article reports on the plans of ConAgra to consolidate its media account at a single media agency as of March 8, 1999. The plan is to pool the media clout of the company with some 80 household brands, including Healthy Choice, Peter Pan, Fleischmann's, Van Camps, La Choy, Butterball, Wesson and Orville Redenbacher. Pat Signorelli, director of advertising services at ConAgra, is leading the consolidation effort. The media agencies will make presentations to the marketer the week of March 15, 1999, with a decision expected this spring.
