ABSTRACT
Radioactive time activity curves have been performed using a double blind technic before and after treatment with isoxsuprine. The curves obtained were analyzed by three different methods. Of the three methods only the ratio formula appears to give results related to flow. These results suggest that isoxsuprine increases cerebral blood volume and cerebral flow as measured by these radioactive methods.
