ABSTRACT
Cyclandelate is a useful general vasodilator for the treatment of peripheral diseases, with remarkable lack of the side effects. It is beneficial in arteriosclerosis obliterans and in thromboangitis obliterans, especially where concomitant coronary or cerebral disease or peptic ulcer is present. The drug does not appear to be as potent as other drugs for vasospastic diseases, but it is definitely useful because of its unusual lack of contraindications.
