ABSTRACT
A case is reported in which the right coronary artery was transiently occluded by the catheter during retrograde catheterization of the left ventricle. ECG changes of myocardial injury appeared for 5 to 7 min., accompanied by S-A block, A-V block and nodal rhythm. The danger of accidental coronary artery occlusion during catheterization has been stressed.
