ABSTRACT
A His bundle electrogram was obtained in a 65 year old male with syncopal episodes. A split bundle of His deflection was recorded. Alter the intravenous administration of phentolamine. a marked shortening of the H-H' interval was observed. This signifies an improvement in conduction at the bundle of His level.

Abstract  Unstable conduction system bifurcations following ischemia and infarction are associated with variations in the electrocardiographic activity spanning the heart beat. In this paper, we investigate a spectral energy measure of morphologic differences (SE-MD) that quantifies...

Purpose: We hypothesized that adults with type 1 diabetes mellitus (T1DM) would exhibit impaired heart rate variability (HRV), QT interval, T-wave amplitude, and baroreflex sensitivity (BRS) when compared with healthy controls. In addition, we hypothesized that acute hypoglycemia would result in...

Abstract Objective  The effects of 2:1 AV block (AVB) on AV nodal reentrant tachycardia (AVNRT) remain to be elucidated. This study was performed to localize the site of 2:1 AVB and elucidate the effects of 2:1 AVB on typical AVNRT. Methods  The His bundle (HB) electrograms during...
