ABSTRACT
Summing up, it can be said that intensive monitoring permits early recognition of threatening complications in coronary heart diseases and permits early preventive treatment. For this purpose special attention must be paid to the alarming symptoms described: decrease in the systolic blood pressure, amplitude and increase of the pulse rate.
