ABSTRACT
1. A case of azotemic renal hypertension is presented. 2. The effects of Thorazine on blood pressure in this case are described. 3. It is suggested that Thorazine, in addition to diet, bedrest, sedation, and present drug therapy, may be beneficial in such cases. 4. Pharmacologic mechanisms are discussed, and suggestions for further study are outlined.
