ABSTRACT
The article reports that exhibitors made the most of the move into high technology gadgets with furniture to suit and ever-expanding dining tables. Accommodating new technology and more people were the major themes of the living and dining cabinet sector this year. Old Charm embarked on a drive to make models adaptable for new technology. Its Flat Screen TV Console accommodates plasma screens and addresses security concerns in one fell swoop, as the plasma screen rises and sinks into the unit with the aid of a remote control. Some companies used wood variations to create a visually striking presentation.
