ABSTRACT
The article presents news relating to real estate sector. Signs of a market peak are growing in the real estate sector, as potential for rising interest rates is spurring some companies to cash in their chips to take advantage of the huge run up in property prices, while a boom in real estate merger and acquisition (M&A) activity that began last year shows no signs of abating. There is a lot of M&A activity in real estate right now because what people are doing is repositioning their portfolios for the future.
