Hill previously was a senior associate in the firm's intellectual property practice at its Irvine office. Irvine-based California Scents, which makes air freshener products, added Dave Slingsby as executive vice president. Slingsby previously was regional vice president for the Southern California market at Target Corp. Ronald D. Stumpf, partner of the accounting firm Elliott Lewis Lieber & Stumpf Inc. in Santa Ana, was named chairman of Southland Economic Development Corp. for 2005.
