ABSTRACT
The article presents news related to the U.S. electric power industry. American Electric Power has completed the sale of NUMANCO LLC to Bartlett Holdings Inc. for $25 million. The sale includes Sun Technical Services, recognized as an industry leader in supplying full-scale professional staffing capabilities. EPRI Solutions Inc. successfully completed its planned merger recently with two other affiliates of the Electric Power Research Institute. Furmanite recently announced the creation and successful implementation of solution created specifically for the Tennessee Valley Authority's Sequoyah Nuclear Plant in Soddy Daisy, Tennessee.
