ABSTRACT
This article reports that Prudential Rand Realty Inc. has opened of a state-of-the-art 2.000 square foot facility in downtown Dobbs Ferry in New York. The new site will be located next to Village Hall, occupying the first level of a building at 108 Main Street. The Dobbs Ferry office will be managed by Evelyn Roman and will house approximately 30 Prudential Rand agents. A number of agents from the firm's Ardsley branch will re-locate to the Dobbs Ferry office. Dobbs Ferry has undergone a number of upgrades and improvements to its downtown area over the past year.
