This article focuses on information sources related to paraplegia. Altimate Medical Inc.'s "Life After SCI," videos are now available on DVD. Originally developed to help people with new spinal-cord injuries, the videos have been useful tools for clinicians, students, and people with various disabilities. Lakshmi Voelker Enterprises has released its "Chair Yoga: The Sitting Mountain Series," program on CD. This easy-to-follow CD and illustrated booklet make the many benefits of yoga available to people who are unable or prefer not to stand or get down on a mat to perform yoga poses.
