ABSTRACT
The article reports that the design promotion organization The Design Trust (TDT) has formed a partnership with London Metropolitan University to ensure its long-term future. The University is already home to the Furniture Works project. Since its foundation in 1994, the trust has helped about 1000 designers establish successful businesses and represents 129 designers under its Design Nation operation.
