It is informed that FirstEnergy Nuclear Operating Co. has announced completion of the first phase of a three-phase reorganization to further improve the performance and safe operations of its three nuclear plants based in the U.S. Further, the U.S. Atomic Safety and Licensing Board has issued their ruling regarding standing, contentions, procedural and administrative matters regarding the license application submitted by Louisiana Energy Services Inc. to construct and operate the National Enrichment Facility (NEF) outside Eunice, New Mexico.
