MFI names new finance director

The article reports that MFI (UK) Ltd. has ended its five-month search for a financial director with the recruitment of Mark Robinson who joins in April 2005. He has been finance director of international mining and construction supplies group Delta since 1999. Before that he was at ICI for 13 years. The group is due to reveal its results for the year to December 25, 2004 on February 24, 2005. This will include an update on how the computer systems coped during the winter sale, which saw it dealing with order levels far above anything it had been able to cope with before.
