ABSTRACT
The article reports that together with licensee W-C Designs, designer Sigrid Olsen launched last week during Mini-Market her bedding, bath coordinates and table linens that are inspired by her artwork and womenswear collections. Elements used in some of the bedding fabrications include linen cotton, enzyme wash prints on cotton canvas, yarn-dyed jacquards, and panel-printed brushed cotton twill. Olsen founded her company in 1994 in Rockport, Massachusetts. In 1994, it was acquired by Liz Claiborne Inc. Now based in Wakefield, Massachusetts, Olsen creates her ready-to-wear under several brands.
