Presents information on the Oil-for-Food Program launched by the United Nations wherein Iraqi oil are sold to raise funds that will be used to purchase food, medicine and other goods to help alleviate the adverse impact of the post-Gulf War sanctions on the Iraqi people. Effect of the U.S. invasion of Iraq on the relief operation; Allegations of corruption in the program; Alleged use of the program by former Iraqi President Saddam Hussein to bribe foreign policymakers into taking pro-Iraqi positions.
