ABSTRACT
Reports on GFC Communications' launching of a Web based database and reporting interface that aims to fix and maintain quality work from field technicians, thereby reducing dissatisfied customers and costly truck rolls. Capability of the interface dubbed ePAC (electronic Performance Analysis Center); Testing of the ePAC system by deployment throughout the company's 70-plus facilities; Provision of data on work defects on radio frequency connectors, missing or incorrect tags, grounding and weather-proofing.
