ABSTRACT
The article reports on changes in environments and settings in context of organization. The future is most feared by those who have been successful. Because they have produced their successes under the known conditions of the past and cannot be certain they will be successful under future conditions. Change is a common management theme. Managers must understand the prospect of significant change, which brings a sense of fear, and be sensitive to it but must not shy from the task of change. Adages by consultants Thurman Arnold, Upton Sinclair, Leo Tolstoy on changes in future is quoted in the article.
