This article presents information on courses related to law. The employment tribunal practice and procedure course will provide guidance on procedure in the Employment Tribunal, from issuing an Originating Application to settling a Notice of Appeal, it will describe at each stage what steps the litigator should take and the pitfalls to avoid. Disability and illness dismissals course is an area where employer clients are rarely satisfied, since the solutions are often medium or even long-term. Employee clients are often left feeling ignored and vulnerable, The course will review and update the law relating to illness dismissals and disability.
