Casino Fined for Security's Roving Eyes

Reports that Caesar's Atlantic City Hotel Casino was fined $80,000 in 2004 after New Jersey state gambling regulators learned that some of the casino's security officers had been using surveillance equipment to record images of the private parts of female guests and employees.
