ABSTRACT
The article presents parenting tips for better rearing of the child. Babies stare with big eyes at their new world, arriving marvelously ready to receive and respond to all kinds of sensory stimuli. As your baby's guide, parents have the privileged role of watching her discover as she reaches out to them along the way. Babies like exploring textures. Silky cloth, furry and fuzzy materials, squishy or nubby surfaces--these are wondrous to a little one. Babies are keenly sensitive to sound, jumping at sudden noises and crying out at jarring sounds.
