Anna's Linens, based in Costa Mesa, California, hit No. 1 in percent sales growth with an increase of $47 million or 40.9 percent, while also repeating its 2002 No. 1 performance in percent unit growth with 34 new units, a gain of 38.6 percent. Pottery Barn, based in San Francisco, moved to third place in percent sales growth with a 28.2 percent gain.
