ABSTRACT
Suggests that the concerns of judicial and bureaucratic overreaching of the World Trade Organization (WTO) are exaggerated and reflect a misconception of the relationship between domestic political actors and the WTO. Barrier to the extension of the substantive mission of the WTO beyond its current scope; Efficacy of the dispute resolution mechanism of WTO; Kinds of forces that are likely to hold the WTO in check.
