ABSTRACT
This article reports on the activities of the International Telecommunication Union. At the conclusion of the two International Telecommunication Union conferences held in Geneva, Switzerland in 1959, two international documents were officially signed by the representatives of various countries, namely: the new Convention, replacing the International Telecommunication Convention of Buenos Aires; and the new Radio Regulations.
