Reports on the issuance of a notice providing guidance on submissions of trades, error feedback, and other issues in connection with the real-time transaction reporting by the U.S. Municipal Securities Rulemaking Board. Inclusion of a list of telephone numbers that dealers can call for assistance with question or problems; Aim of the notice to remind dealers that trades executed at the "list offering price" on the first day of trading is exempted from the 15-minute reporting requirement; Permission for dealers to report data within three hours of execution of trade.
