Johnson exits Big Lots

The article reports that John Johnson, who was senior vice president, general merchandise manager for home at Big Lots Inc., has left the company. Johnson, who was responsible for furniture, home textiles, apparels and toys, will not be replaced. Vice presidents and divisional merchandise managers for each business will instead report to John Martin, executive vice president, merchandising. Bob Segal covers furniture, and Crystal Weary handles home textiles.
