Calif. Culinary Academy opens 2nd Food College

Announces that San Francisco-based California Culinary Academy's (CCA) has opened its second College of Food on the campus of San Diego State University. Recognition of the need for culinary training in a quality hotel management program; Contract of CCA to provide a training program for foodservice workers at Camp SD Butler in Okinawa, Japan.
