Heavyweight predictions for an improved industry?

The article presents business forecasts of cabinetmaker Natuzzi Americas (Company). Natuzzi's demand for 14, 000 sqft for its partnership stores gets off to a slow start. With increasing rents, retailers are reluctant to invest in new stores, especially when many upholstery designs that drove Natuzzi sales are available under the Italsofa brand. Efforts to persuade stockists to adopt the format see terms become more generous as the year progresses. Retailers who eventually sign up are able to market themselves as the largest leather specialist in the area and sales pickup. INSET: And this will never happen.
