ABSTRACT
The article presents information on single-chip battery chargers. The LP3947 Features: 1,0% constant voltage, built-in 5.6 hour timer, led charge status indicators, current and temperature gauging, end-of charge current .selection via PC and near-depleted battery preconditioning. The LP3941A Features: 11 low-dropout, low-noise LDOs, dedicated low-current LDO for real-time clock supply, back-up battery charger, 3 open drain drivers to control an RGB LED, available in LLP-48 packaging.
