The article presents information on the job market , and asset allocation. As an increasing number of people switch jobs, they begin to wonder what they should do with the money they have accumulated in their employer-sponsored retirement plans such as 401(k) or 403(b) plans. Individuals who have a disability from an illness or injury often leave 401(k) or 403(b) or other retirement plans at their former employers with no active management of those assets. Proper asset allocation has been proven to be one of the most important tools available to enhance portfolio returns over time, so one should be proactive.
