Fox News ups Shine to sr. VP

The article reports on the promotion of Bill Shine to senior VP of programming by the Fox News Channel. This gives him responsibility for all of the network's programming and production. Reporting directly to Roger Ailes, chairman-CEO of Fox News, Shine succeeds Kevin Magee, who was promoted to senior VP of Fox News Radio earlier. Shine joined Fox News in 1996 as a producer for the primetime "Hannity and Colmes" series. Shine became executive producer for primetime in 1999, rising to network executive producer a year later.
