The article focuses on Scholastic and the New York Women in Communications Foundation which have created the Judy Corman Memorial Scholarship and Internship. The $10,000 scholarship will be awarded annually to a chosen graduate or undergraduate student interested in a career in public relations. Corman died of cancer at age 65 on November 15, 2004, and was most recently senior vice president of corporate communications and media relations at Scholastic.
