ABSTRACT
The article informs that, "Furniture/Today," periodical parent Reed Business Information has launched a retail services division called Retail Ideas and Services, and hired industry veteran Loreen Epp to spearhead the initiative as director of retail services. She reports to Kevin Castellani, RBI and Furniture/Today's vice president and publishing director. Epp, most recently senior vice president of merchandising for Levitz Home Furnishings Inc., will direct a myriad of retail-focused activities, including regional educational seminars, in-store events, custom newsletters, database management, custom publishing, e-mail newsletters and other retail planning efforts.
