ABSTRACT
This article focuses on the storehouse of energy within human body. According to the principles of ayurvedic medicine, vata is one of three bio-energy forces known as doshas that govern health and energy. But fatigue isn't unique to erratic, overstimulated vatas. Once people have seen a physician to rule out underlying medical causes (e.g., depression, diabetes, thyroid problems, arthritis, heart disease, or cancer), they can expand their energy horizons by exploring these therapeutic alternatives.
