The article reports that the officials of New Hampshire has planned to sell US$42.8 million of taxable general obligation bonds on January 19, 2005. The taxable bonds will be sold competitively along with US$15 million of tax-exempt general obligations. Proceeds from the taxable bonds will fund the state's new pension plan for judges and their surviving spouses.
