ABSTRACT
The article focuses on the importance of will in achieving success. It states that there is nothing that people cannot accomplish, despite the odds or the adversity, if the will is there. When a company loses confidence in its people, the people lose confidence in the company. It is rare for a company under duress to embrace its people, seek their suggestions, and form an alliance with them. The company considers people are the problem, not the answer. The article suggests putting people before profits and in return and people will operate profitably.
