ABSTRACT
The article focuses on aspects of building a winning team. The article views that it is necessary to recruit cacheable team players. It is necessary to get to know each and every players and also to cultivate a team culture. It is good to encourage team members to plan ahead. Time management is a lesson that players learn through the management. The players soon realize that they have responsibilities to the team and to themselves. It is advisable to encourage team members to learn on and off the job to enhance performance.
