NBA Gets a DDD

The article reports that Fitch Ratings Inc. has upgraded the bankrupt National Benevolent Association's (NBA) credit on US$153 million of debt to DDD from DD in recognition of NBA's proposed reorganization plan that calls for the full recovery of bondholders' investments. DDD-default level ratings have the highest potential for recovery.
