ABSTRACT
The article reports that BondDesk Group has acquired TechHackers, a New York-based developer of software tools and enterprise systems for securities trading and financial operations. The acquisition allows the users to perform analytics in Microsoft Excel, a function that is unique and extends the capability of Excel in completing calculations. This acquisition of TechHackers complements BondDesk's 2002 acquisition of Tips Inc., a provider of fixed-income calculations software. TechHackers is a provider of mathematical models for the fixed-income and derivatives markets.
