ABSTRACT
The article presents an account of some newly launched sound reinforcement products. An enhanced version of the filters built into the Allen & Heath Ltd.'s Xone mixers, the Xone VF-1 is a single-rackspace, universal analog stereo filter that offers three basic 24dB/octave valve filter types, which can be combined to create further filter types. Also, designed for live performance and broadcast use, Sennheiser USA's HSP2 omni and HSP4 cardioid headset mics are rugged, lightweight and feature versions of MKE capsules with integrated windscreens.
