ABSTRACT
The article reports that the Massachusetts Water Pollution Abatement Trust is reviewing its banking Syndicate as it prepares for a busy year that may include changes in the agency's borrowing plans. Chief financial officer Nancy Parrillo said that the state agency is seeking proposals for senior managers and co-managers and will select its new team by the end of January. The trust finances its loans through pool program bonds and charges participating municipalities a flat 2% rate. Municipalities pay the debt service on their loans, which are secured with general obligation pledges.
