ABSTRACT
The article reports that Fitch Ratings Inc. has revised the outlook to positive from stable on the BB-plus it gives St. Paul-based HealthEast Inc. and its controlled affiliates. The change in outlook reflects the system's sustained improved financial performance over the last three years and a recent return to profitability. The system's operating margin improved to 2.2% in fiscal 2004, compared to a negative 1.9% in fiscal 2001.
