This article presents a table for rating changes of bonds of several companies. One of the bond issuer is Auburn Hills (City), Michigan. The compiler of the table comments that the company has city's location in affluent Oakland County, healthy general fund reserves, modest debt profile with limited future borrowing plans and rapid principal amortization. Another bond issuer is California Educational Facilities Authority. The compiler comments that the company has favorable enrollment trends, enhanced student demand, strong operating performance, growing financial resources.
