The article reports that Moody's Investors Service Inc. has assigned a Aa3 rating to Iowa Western Community College's $1.79 million general obligation capital loan notes. Series 2005B, and upgraded to Aa3 from A1 the ratings on the college's $7.7 million of outstanding job training certificates, $7.2 million debt, and the $4,39 million equipment and capital loan notes.
