Reports that lawyers for the trustee appointed to oversee the bankrupt Allegheny Health Education and Research Foundation (AHERF) won a temporary restraining order to block the Allegheny County Orphans Court from taking responsibility for AHERF's hospitals in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. AHERF trustee William Scharffenberger's contention that the order would violate an antidiscrimination clause.
