ABSTRACT
The article focuses on the "Journal of Personal Selling & Sales Management," and persons associated with it. The future of the journal seems bright with Ron Michaels of Indiana University in the editor's role. He has the research skills and creative insights necessary to take the journal to the next level, which has been the goal of every editor to follow. Three editors have lent their time and talents over the years through multiple editors. Jeff Tanner has done a great job with book reviews. Buddy LaForge, Sales Technology Applications, and Jim Comer, Scaling and Measurement, pioneered new sections. These sections add both breadth and depth to readers, giving the journal more flexibility in meeting the needs of academic and practitioner audiences. Mike Morris' ideas provided a stimulus for improving some of processes and the physical appearance of the journal. The Direct Selling Education Foundation has continued to offer financial support. The wonderful people at Pi Sigma Epsilon have been terrific supporters, especially Business Manager Shirley Bergholte.
